Christmas in Savannah

Little things like watching my family open the gifts I picked out for them, my dad's Christmas Day feast involving multiple meats, my mom's beautifully decorated multiple trees and the world's best caramel cake are what make our Christmases spent in Savannah so special, but just being with the people I love is enough to make me merry. My parents' new puppy, Tupelo, certainly didn't hurt things.

  2. Caramel cake looks beautiful. My southern grandmother used to make a similar one each year.
